Turn a bank statement into a spreadsheet

Drop in a PDF statement and get a CSV of every transaction — date, description, amount, running balance. It checks its own work against the balance printed on your statement and tells you if the two disagree. Your statement never leaves this device.

Any size — there is no upload, so there is no limit.

Nothing leaves this device. Open your browser's Network tab and watch — your statement never appears.

Statement

Every transaction is read: date, description, amount, and the running balance where the statement prints one.

Transactions

Statement pack

Several statements read together and checked against each other: does every closing balance match the next opening balance, is any period missing, and do any of them overlap. The check is free. Nothing is uploaded, and nothing is repaired — it is reported.

What the statements say together

One payment, no account. You get every transaction from every statement in one CSV, in date order, with the statement each row came from named on the row — which is what makes a merged ledger evidence rather than a pile of numbers. Your files never leave this device: the browser holds the numbers it already read while you pay, and hands them straight back.

More than one set to get through? Two packs cost more than the $5 seven-day pass, which covers unlimited packs, unlimited print sheets, batch processing and saved settings for a week — and Pro at $7 a month covers them for a month. Said here rather than discovered afterwards: past one set, this button stops being the cheap option.

Nothing is uploadedYour browser opens the file and does the work. There is no server to send it to, so there is nothing to leak, log or delete later.
No account, no sign-upNothing to sign up for, and no cap on file size. Free runs one file at a time, forever. Pro takes a whole batch in one pass.
No upload, no waitingWork starts the moment you drop the file. A 40 MB photo does not have to travel to a data centre and back.

It checks its own work

Most converters hand you a spreadsheet and leave you to trust it. A wrong number that looks right is worse than no number at all, because you will not go looking for it. So where your statement prints a running balance, this page adds up every transaction it read and compares the result against that balance. If the two agree to the cent, it says so. If they do not, it says that instead — and tells you how many rows disagree, so you know exactly what to check.

How it reads a layout it has never seen

There is no list of banks in this page and no template to match. It finds the row of column headings your bank printed and works out where each column sits on the page, then reads every row against those positions. That is why a statement from a bank nobody has tested still works: a statement that labels its columns is telling you where they are. It handles split debit and credit columns where the sign is never printed, descriptions that wrap onto a second line, dates that appear once per day and are inherited by the rows beneath, and amounts whose minus sign is printed after the number.

It will refuse a scan rather than guess

A statement downloaded from online banking contains real text. A statement you photographed or scanned contains a picture of a page, with no text in it at all — reading that needs character recognition, which this page does not do. Rather than hand you an empty or invented spreadsheet, it tells you plainly that the file is a scan.

Nothing is uploaded

A bank statement is close to the most sensitive document most people own: every place you shop, every person you pay, your balance on any given day. It is exactly the file worth not sending to a stranger's server. This page has no server to send it to — your browser opens the PDF and does the work. Here is how that is enforced.

MOV to MP4Turn an iPhone .mov into an .mp4 by swapping the wrapper, with the video copied across and nothing re-encoded. Trim a videoKeep the part you want. The clip is copied rather than re-encoded, so no quality is lost. Split into partsCut a long recording into pieces short enough to post, without re-encoding any of them. Rotate a videoChange the rotation flag a phone wrote instead of re-encoding the picture. Seconds, not minutes. Remove the soundDrop the audio track and copy every frame across untouched — same quality, same size. Video to MP3Convert a video’s sound to MP3, or lift the original audio out byte for byte with nothing re-encoded. Video to GIFPick a range, a frame rate and a size, and get an animated GIF back with nothing uploaded. Green screen swapSwap a green or blue screen for a solid colour with a live preview, no AI model and no watermark. Silence removerFinds the quiet stretches by listening to the audio and cuts them out, with a timeline showing every cut first. Blur pad to a new ratioFit a video into 9:16, 1:1 or another shape with a blurred background instead of black bars. Compress a videoAim at a Discord, email or WhatsApp limit — or your own — and get an MP4 checked afterwards, not just promised. Noise removerLearns your recording’s own background hiss or hum from a quiet stretch, then subtracts exactly that. Auto-reframeCrops a landscape clip to a new shape and pans the crop to follow the motion, instead of a fixed centre. CaptionsBurns an .srt or .vtt subtitle file into the video as styled, timed on-screen text. Beat syncFinds the beats in the clip's own audio and lands a flash or a zoom-punch on each one. Highlight finderScores a clip by loudness and movement, and ranks the best stretches to cut out, losslessly.
