Using Pro on your phone as well
The key is not tied to a device. Open this page on any other browser you use, paste the same key, and Pro is on there too. There is no device limit and no sign-in.
The easiest route is to forward yourself the email and paste from it.
Managing or cancelling
The billing page handles everything — card, invoices, cancelling. You enter your email and Stripe emails you a link, because there is no account here to log in to.
Every renewal emails you a new key, with a one-click cancel link in the same message. Cancelling stops the next charge and takes nothing away: the free tools carry on exactly as before and whatever you have saved stays in your browser.
The key has not arrived
Check spam first. If it is not there, email hello@hermitfile.com from the address you paid with and you will get one back — there is one person reading it, and a payment is easy to verify.
Nothing is lost while you wait. Your subscription is live from the moment you paid, and the key is only how this browser learns about it.
